The Power of Parents and her Consequence as a modern Topic in the Literature for Children and Youth

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is an analysis and interepretation of the selected work of youth literature in the context of theme of sexual abuse of children within families. The survey focuses both on the used literary form and on the characteristics of the main character, his/her relationship with his/her parents and environment, and on mutual relations between all family members. Attention is also given to children in distress, persistent difficulties in their future life, coming to terms with the problem and possibilities of how to identify these traits and to prevent these terrible acts from the aspect of teachers and assisting institutions.

Abstract:

Předmětem zájmu této bakalářské práce je analýza a interpretace zvoleného literárního díla pro mládež v rámci tématu sexuálního zneužívání dětí v rodinách. Průzkum je zaměřen jak na užité literární formy, tak na charakteristiku hlavní postavy, její vztah k rodičům, k okolí a na vztahy všech čelnů rodiny k sobě navzájem. Dále je pozornost věnována dětem v nouzi, přetrvávajícím potížím v jejich dalším životě, vyrovnávání se s problémem a možnostem, jak tyto znaky rozpoznávat a jak těmto hrůzným činům z pohledu pedagogů a pomocných institucí zabránit.
