Accounting of self-governing territorial units reform in specific conditions of the town of Veltrusy
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá reformou účetnictví státní správy a především jejím dopadem na územní samosprávné celky. V první části je popsána reforma z legislativního a teoretického hlediska a jsou uvedeny všechny významné změny pro účetní jednotky. Druhá praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní město Veltrusy a porovnává celkové hospodaření města a jeho účetní výkazy za rok 2009 a 2010.
Abstract:
This work deals with accounting of public administration reform and mainly with its influence on self-governing territorial units. The first part describes the reform from the legislative and theoretical point of view and all the important changes for the accounting units are mentioned.
