Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce „Strategické řízení podniků v oboru stavebnictví“ je analýza úzkých míst konkrétního podniku a řešení praktického problému. Práce se opírá o teorii úzkých míst pro identifikaci podnikového problému. K vyřešení problému je aplikované manažerské rozhodování. Závěrem jsou navrhnuta řešení, která mají „rozšířit“ úzká místa v podniku a vyřešit reálné problémy firmy.

The goal of the thesis: “Startegic management in building industry” is to analyze constraints of a particular company and to solve its hindrance of development. The work’s fundamental part lies on the Theory of Constraints for identification of firm’s bottle neck.
