Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá účastníkmi exekučného konania. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vývoj účastníkov konania a definíciu účastníkov podľa Občianskeho súdneho poriadku. Druhá kapitola analyzuje a definuje účastníkov exekučného konania. Tretia kapitola sa venuje porovnaniu postavenia účastníkov exekučného konania vo vybraných krajinách Európskej únie.
