The impact of an extreme load during the Craft 1000 miles competition on the physical indicators of the racer

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci na téma ?Vliv extrémní zátěže v závodu Craft 1000 miles adventure na tělesné ukazatele závodníka? jsem se zaměřil na problematiku fyzické a psychické zátěže při extrémních sportech. Ať už se lidé věnují sportu ve volném čase nebo vrcholově, je třeba mít vždy na prvním místě své zdraví. V práci jsou popsány přístupy při vrcholovém sportu, či tréninku před extrémní sportovní zátěží. V kontrastu k tomu jsou uvedeny skutečné údaje o stravě a tréninku před a během mého závodění. Závodu Craft 1000 miles adventure jsem se zúčastnil v roce 2012, a tak jsem mohl být v centru dění, abych si extrémní zátěž vyzkoušel přímo na sobě. Práce reflektuje mé vlastní zkušenosti se závodem a je doplněna o literaturu Jana Kopky, který Craft 1000 miles adventure pořádá. Práce obsahuje také data o srdečním tepové frekvenci a úbytku hmotnosti, která jsem pořídil během závodu. Dále jsou porovnány výškové profily s najetými kilometry. Dokládají tak náročnost terénu a vzájemnou korelaci.

Abstract:

In my thesis "The Influence of extreme stress in plant Craft 1000 miles adventures on physical indicators adventure racer" I focused on the problems of physical and mental stress in extreme sports. Whether people engaged in sport for leisure or professionally, you must always have in the first place their health. The paper describes approaches to professional sports , or practice for the extreme sport. In contrast to this is provided real data about my diet and workout before my racing. Plant Craft 1000 Miles adventure I attended in 2012 , so I could be at center stage. I tried the extreme burden on themselves . The work reflects my own experience with race and is supplemented by literature Jan Kopka , which Craft 1000 Miles organizes. The work also includes data on heart rate that I took during the race. In addition, vertical profiles are compared with the mileage . They show that the terrain and kilometers are in mutual correlation.
