Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zodpovězení otázky, zda ocenění pomocí agregovaných položek je optimální metodou pro stanovení pojistné hodnoty nemovitostí. Část práce je věnována vysvětlení pojmů z pojišťovnictví, jeho historii a dělení. Oceňování je další kapitolou práce, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé způsoby, a následuje ocenění dvou nemovitostí z různých lokalit a různého stáří pro určení pojistné hodnoty …more

The goal of this thesis is to find an answer to a question if the evaluation using aggregated items is the optimal method to set the estate insurance value. Part of this thesis is explaining the basics and terms of insurance, its history and divisions. The evaluation is another part of the thesis, where each method is described.
