Analysis of available geodata usable in the effective solution of land consolidations

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje možný postup při realizaci inventarizačního systému digitálních geodat, které jsou svým charakterem vhodné pro řešení komplexních pozemkových úprav. V první části práce je popsána teorie pozemkových úprav, jejich průběh a opora v české legislativě. Dále jsou zde vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti geografických dat s důrazem na metadata a metadatové standardy. Druhá, praktická část práce přináší dva originální návody, jejichž validita je ověřena na případové studii. Jeden z návodů, který popisuje instalační postup, je určen pro potenciální uživatele zásuvného modulu Layman, pomocí kterého lze vytvářet a spravovat mapové kompozice v softwaru QGIS. Druhý návod pak slouží jako průvodce celým procesem tvorby, naplnění a publikace mapové kompozice, která je výstupem vytvořeného inventarizačního systému obsahující vybrané datové sady, včetně správy příslušných metadatových záznamů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes a possible procedure for the implementation of an inventory system of digital spatial data, which are suitable for the realization of complex land consolidation. The first part of the thesis describes the theory of land consolidations, their process and support in the Czech legislation. It also explains the basic concepts in the field of geographic data with an emphasis on metadata and metadata standards. The second part presents two original guidelines whose validity is verified by a case study. One of the tutorials, which describes the installation process, is aimed for potential users of the Layman plugin, which can be used to create and manage map compositions in QGIS software. The second tutorial serves as a guide to the entire process of creating, populating and publishing a map composition that is the output of a created inventory system containing selected datasets, including the management of the corresponding metadata records.
