Diplomová práce pojednává o postavení žen a mladistvých v pracovněprávních vztazích. Cílem práce je poskytnout přehled jednak o současné zákonné úpravě práv zaměstnankyň a mladistvých zaměstnanců, jednak o požadavcích kladených zákonodárci a závaznými mezinárodními dokumenty na pracovní podmínky a prostředí v souvislosti s jejich zaměstnáváním. This diploma thesis deals with the women´s and the juvenile´s status related to labor law relations.
