Bakalářská práce pojednává o sociální opoře u rodin s dětmi s diagnostikovaným chronickým onemocněním diabetes mellitus 1. typu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části a to na teoretickou a praktickou část. The bachelor thesis deals with social support for families with children diagnosed with chronic type 1 diabetes mellitus. The work is divided into two parts: the theoretical and practical part.
