Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití nástrojů strategického manažerského účetnictví pro hodnocení investic ve stavební výrobě. Podrobněji se zabývá zejména vzájemným integračním vztahem kalkulace životního cyklu a čisté současné hodnoty. Téma je řešeno ve dvou vzájemně spjatých částech. The master's thesis is focused on the use of the strategic management accounting tools for investment decision-making in construction industry.
