Práce je zaměřena na daňovou optimalizaci vybrané podnikající fyzické osoby a následně je provedena analýza dopadu její transformace na jinou právní formu podnikání. The diploma thesis is focused on the tax optimization of a selected self-employed person and further the impact analysis of the transformation to another legal form of business is carried out for selected entrepreneur.
