Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu na založení korejské restaurace Haru v Ostravě. Teoretická část práce se zabývá základními pojmy související s tvorbou podnikatelského plánu. V druhé části následuje praktická část, která se věnuje konkrétnímu podnikatelskému plánu na založení restaurace. Obsahuje analytickou část a návrhovou část.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the elaboration of a business plan for the establishment of a Korean restaurant in Ostrava, named Haru. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic concepts, which are related to the creation of a business plan.
