Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku syndromu vyhoření. Pozornost je věnována definicím syndromu vyhoření a také specifickým pomáhajícím profesím, které jsou syndromem vyhoření nejvíce ohroženy. Cílem je poukázat na příznaky a příčiny syndromu vyhoření, na fáze jeho vzniku i jeho prevenci. V závěru práce je rozpracován nástin možného výzkumu. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is dedicated to burnout syndrome. Attention is given to the definitions of burnout syndrome and the specific helping professions, which are the most vulnerable. The goal is to point out symptoms and causes of burnout syndrome on the stage of origin and its prevention. In conclusion is outline development of potential research.
