Bakalářská práce je zpracována na téma „Blokové řízení vedené Policií České republiky.“ Jedná se o zkrácenou formu přestupkového řízení konající orgánem Policie ČR. Abstract:
I have chosen the them „Procedure on fines imposed by the Police of the Czech Republic“. for my bachelor thesis I define the term offense, its legal definition and signs defining the offense and also describe the definition of the Law on offenses towards Administrative Procedure, mutual use of the two standards to each other.
