Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza případu korunových dluhopisů Agrofertu, které jsou ve vlastnictví Andreje Babiše. Dluhopisy jsou vymezeny z legislativního hlediska a dále konfrontovány s ekonomickou podstatou dluhopisů v praxi. V práci se blíže věnujeme zdanění dluhopisů obecně i výjimce v zákoně, která umožnila neplatit daně z úroků u dluhopisů s nízkou nominální hodnotou. Korunové dluhopisy jsou zkoumány …more
Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is an analysis of case bonds with low nominal value emitted by Agrofert, which is in ownership of Andrej Babis. Bonds are described from legal view and compared to its economic purpose. In this thesis, we are also focused on taxation of bonds in general. We are focused on exceptions in law, which allow not to pay taxes from low nominal value bonds. These bonds are described …more
