Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá klonováním savců a jednotlivými metodami klonování. V první části je charakterizováno klonování embryí, dále reprodukční klonování a terapeu-tické klonování. Podrobně je popsáno zejména reprodukční klonování, kdy jsou v chronologickém pořadí uvedeny jednotlivé úspěchy. Bachelor thesis deals with the cloning of mammals and various methods of cloning. In the first part there is characterized embryo cloning, reproductive cloning and therapeutic cloning. Particular achievements in reproductive cloning are highlighted in chronological order.
