Abstract:
Práce analyzuje vzdělávání pracovníků v organizaci. Jaké jsou metody vzdělávání pracovníků a jejich naplňování v praxi. Teoretická část vychází z použité literatury, které je uvedena na konci této práce. V praktické části je charakterizován výzkum vzdělávání pracovníků ve společenosti Miltra B s. r. o. a dále je proveden výzkum pomocí rozhovoru s ředitelem a personální ředitelkou této společnosti.
Abstract:
The thesis analyzes the training of staff in the organization. What are the methods of training staff and their implementation in practice. The theoretical part is based on the literature, which is at the end of this work. The practical part is characterized by research workers in education společenosti MILTRA B Ltd. and a survey by interview with the director and staff director of the company.
