Perspectives of Social Services with an Emphasis on the Social Therapeutic Workshop "Naděje" Vsetín

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na oblast perspektiv sociálních služeb s akcentem na Sociálně terapeutickou dílnu Naděje Vsetín. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol, které se zabývají sociálními službami a jejich obecným vysvětlením. Dále jsou sociální služby popsaný z pohledu časových perspektiv. Poslední kapitolou je charakteristika služby Sociálně terapeutické dílny Naděje Vsetín, která je předmětem výzkumu. Empirická část práce se zabývá případovou studií organizace, kde bylo jejím cílem zjistit, jak tato organizace napomáhá svým klientům v oblasti zaměstnávání na otevřeném či chráněném trhu práce a jaké jsou její metody práce při procesu zaměstnávání osob s cílovou skupinou této organizace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the area of perspectives of social services with a special accent on the socio-therapeutic workshop Naděje Vsetín. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three chapters which are describe their social services and their definition. The other chapters describe their social servicis and their future perspectives. Last chapter is dedicated to the characteristics of the services of the socio-therapeutic workshop Naděje Vsetín, which is also the main focus of the resarch work. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on the case study of the organisation. The aim was to researsch how the organisation helps its clients to find employment on the regular labor market or on the labor market with higher degree of protection. The thesis also researches the operative methods of the organisation during the recruiting process of members of the organisations target group.
