Care for seniors and their support of self sufficiency in the retirement houses

Práce je zaměřena na zjištění, zda jsou senioři v Domovech pro seniory aktivizováni v běžných denních činnostech. Zda jsou ochotni spolupracovat s ošetřujícím personálem (všeobecnými sestrami, pracovníky přímé obslužné péče) při těchto činnostech, nebo tyto činnosti nechají právě na ošetřujícím personálu, a to navzdory tomu, že je zvládají. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on finding whether the elderly in homes for the elderly are activated in normal daily activities. Whether they are willing to cooperate whith the staff (general nurses, workers direct service care) in these activities, or just let the nursing staff perform these tasks, despite the fact that they are able to do that on their own.
