Tato práce se zabývá Autorským zákonem č. 121/2000 Sb. a autorskými právy v oblasti informčních technologií. Konkrétně se věnuje prolematice autorských práv k software a jejich porušování v oblasti programového vybavení. The work deals with Authors Act number 121/2000 Di. and copyright laws in area information technologies. It devotes to problems of copyright laws to software and their lawbreaking in area programme equipment. It directs to copyright law in environment of internet, responsibility for contents publish on internet.
