Abstract:
Tématem této práce jsou pohybové aktivity po fyziologickém porodu bez epiziotomie a porodních poranění. Je zde rozepsáno cvičení během prvních dnů, kdy je rodička obvykle v porodnici a dále je tato práce zaměřena na některé vybrané metody (cantienica, pilates, osm kusů brokátu). Jsou to metody cvičení, které se nezabývají jen posílením svalů, ale také nácvikem správného držení těla a dýchání. V praktické …more
Abstract:
The theme of this thesis are motion activities after physiological labour without episiotomy and obstetric injuries. The thesis covers exercise during first days after childbirth, when a woman is usually in hospital. Apart from that the thesis focuses on selected methods (Cantienica, Pilates, Eight Pieces of Brocade). These fitness systems not only deal with the muscle training but also with good posture …more
