Abstract:

Retail trade - the field of entrepreneurial activity for the sale of goods or services on the basis of an oral or written contract of sale directly to the end users for their own non-commercial use. Retail sale is an important area of consumer market formation, a mirror displaying the country's economic development, a coordinating link in the system of inter-sectoral and regional ties, an actual means of meeting the needs of the population in goods and services. This is the final stage of commodity production, which provides conditions for sales, replenishes state and local budgets, promotes the strengthening of the financial system, gives an impulse to increase the volumes of production and development of new goods. At the expense of monetary proceeds from realization, you can quickly pay off your investment resources and profit. Therefore, it is no accident that entrepreneurs show increased interest in developing retailers as an investment and attractive type of entrepreneurship. Large, medium and small firms, as well as individual entrepreneurs have the opportunity to work in the commodity market. Conditions of competition push them to find their market niches, which is easier to function and reach the target level of profitability. Under conditions of start-up capital, beginners are more accessible to open a kiosk or pavilion and start business.
