Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na kontrolní mechanismy ve finančním právu. Skládá se ze čtyř systematicky uspořádaných částí. Nejdříve je uvedena charakteristika kontrolních mechanismů ve finančním právu s vymezením základních pojmů. This thesis focuses on control mechanisms in financial law. It consists of four parts systematically arranged. Characteristic of control mechanisms in financial law comes first, followed by definition of basic concepts.
