Analysis of internal company competitiveness factors
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na provedení jednotlivých analýz s důrazem na konkurenceschopnost podniku OHL ŽS, a.s. Stěžejními analýzami jsou analýza interních faktorů model 7S a finanční analýza obsahující hodnocení vybraných ekonomických ukazatelů, jako je rentabilita, likvidita a zadluženost. Získané poznatky poslouží k návrhu, jak udržet či zlepšit konkurenceschopnost podniku.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on design of each analysis with an emphasis on OHL ŽS a.s. competitiveness. The mainstay of these analyses are the analysis of internal factors 7S model, and the financial analysis that includes evaluation of selected economic indicators, such as profitability, liquidity and indebtedness.
