Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou změn v právní úpravě nekalé soutěže. V úvodu ve stručnosti nastiňuje charakteristiku nekalé soutěže podle mezinárodní úpravy (Pařížská úmluva), zákona proti nekalé soutěži z roku 1927, občanského zákoníku z roku 1950 a hospodářského zákoníku do roku 1991. The thesis addresses the issue of changes in the legislation of unfair competition. There is a brief description of the unfair competition according to the international legislation (Paris convention), there is also a description of the act against the unfair competition from 1927, the civil code from 1950 and the economic code from 1991, at the introductory part of the thesis.
