Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s tématem „Bezpečnostní systémy pro ochranu měkkých cílů“ se zabývá výzkumem oblasti bezpečnosti v příspěvkových organizacích. Je v ní posuzováno, jaká bezpečnostní opatření mají organizace nastavena, jaké útoky jim můžou hrozit a jak jsou na ně připraveny. Dále je zjišťováno, jaké jsou finanční možnosti pro zlepšení bezpečnostních opatření a jakým způsobem mohou organizace prostředky získat. Téma jsem si vybrala, protože je v dnešní době velmi aktuální. Přibývá násilí ve společnosti obecně a z toho vyplývá hrozba nebezpečí pro zranitelné cíle. Také se v poslední době objevily v naší zemi přímé výhrůžky útoku základním a mateřským školám, což může být znepokojující pro širokou veřejnost a způsobovat pocit nejistoty a ohrožení jedné ze základních hodnot společnosti, kterou je bezpečnost. Cílem práce bude zjistit, zda jsou stávající opatření v organizacích dostačující a jak mohou být reálně zlepšena.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis on the topic "Security systems for the protection of soft targets" deals with research in the field of security in contributory organizations. It assesses what security measures organizations have in place, what attacks they may threaten and how they are prepared for them. It also identifies what the financial options are for improving security measures and how organizations can raise funds. I chose the topic because it is very current today. Violence is on the rise in society in general, threatening vulnerable targets. Recently, there have also been direct threats of an attack on primary and nursery schools in our country, they can be worrying for the general public and they cause a sense of insecurity and a threat to one of society's core values, which is security. The aim of the work will be to find out whether the existing measures in organizations are sufficient and how they can be realistically improved.
