Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat a analyzovat fyzické popisy a mentální vlastnosti draků ve zkoumaných literárních dílech, vzájemně je porovnat, a tak ukázat určitý přehled jejich vývoje. Práce se také zabývá evolucí role draků v anglicky psané literatuře, a to v období od středověku po současnost.
Abstract:
The purpose of the thesis is to describe and analyse physical appearance and mental characteristics of dragons in the given literary works. Also, the thesis focuses on the evolution of roles that dragons have played in English written literature from the Middle Ages to the present.
