Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo porovnat vlastnosti moderních výkonových polovodičových prvků, které se nejvíce používají ve výkonové elektronice k řízení elektromotorů. Práce je ve stylu literární rešerše a obsahuje seznámení s principy funkcí jednotlivých součástek se zaměřením na dynamiku spínání a vypínání. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to compare the characteristics of modern power semiconductor devices which are most used to control electric motors in power electronics. The thesis is in the style of literary research and includes an explanation of the function principles of each devices with a focus on the dynamics of switching on and off.
