Expectations of pregnant women in relation to the upcoming birth

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Očekávání těhotných žen v souvislosti s nastávajícím porodem je práce teoreticko-výzkumná a je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část popisuje samotný průběh porodu, jednotlivé doby porodní a možnosti alternativního vedení porodu. Dále se zabývá porodem v porodnici, ambulantním porodem, porodem v porodním domě a problematikou porodu doma. Popisuje také možnosti doprovodu u porodu, objasňuje pojem porodní plán (přání) a polohy rodičky za porodu s názornými obrázky. Poslední kapitola je věnována nefarmakologickým a farmakologickým metodám tišení bolesti za porodu. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce předkládá výzkumné otázky a podrobný rozbor metodiky výzkumu popisující dotazníkovou metodu, jež byla použita ve vlastním šetření. Dále následuje analýza získaných dat a prezentace hlavních výsledků výzkumného šetření. Práce je ukončena diskuzí nad výsledky šetření.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis entitled Expectations of pregnant women in relation to the upcoming birth is the work of theoretical research and is divided into two parts, on the theoretical and the experimental. The theoretical part describes the course of delivery, single term birth and alternative options of delivery. It also deals with giving birth in hospital, outpatient childbirth, giving birth in a birth house and the issue of home births. It also describes the possibility of accompanying the birth plan clarifies the concept of birth (optional) and position for birth mothers with graphic pictures. The last chapter is devoted to non-pharmacological and pharmacological methods of pain relief during labor. The research part of the thesis research questions and presents a detailed analysis of research methodology questionnaire describing the method that was used in its own investigation. This is followed by analysis of the data and presenting the main findings of the research. The work is completed discussions on the survey results.
