Abstract:
Ve své práci se věnuji institutu odpovědnosti zaměstnavatele za pracovní úrazy a nemoci z povolání, dále institutu zákonného pojištění a v neposlední řadě i vlastnímu odškodňování pracovních úrazů a nemocí z povolání. In this thesis, I deal with the issue employment accidents and industrial deseases and compensating these accidents or deseases.
