Design of the Effector and Assessment of the Optimal Industrial Robot for Handling with Parts in the Automotive Industry

Abstract:

V teoretické části bakalářské práce je rozebírána automatizace ve většině průmyslových odvětvích, včetně historie. Dalším tématem je popis a porovnání rozdílů mezi jednotlivými typy robotů a parametry a popis jednotlivých požadavků jako je rychlost přesnost atd. V druhé kapitole je popsán koncový efektor a rozdíly efektoru při různých technologických operací. V této kapitole je zmíněn konstrukční systém podle, kterého budeme řešit modelovaní v praktické části. V praktické části je nejdříve řešen způsob upnutí a konstrukce základního rámu a efektoru, který je následně připevněn k rámu. Součástí čtvrté kapitoly je kontrola kolizí mezi jednotlivými prvky a poté mezi koncovým efektorem a stojanem. V kapitole páté je popsán systém dodržení přesnosti. V následující kapitole je popsána a vybrána přísavka, která je v 3D modelu použita. V poslední sedmé kapitole je vybrán průmyslový robot pomocí programu pro jeho analýzu.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part, automation is analyzed inmost of the industrial fields, including history. Another topic is the description and comparison of differences between individual type of robots and parameters and description of individual requirements such as speed accuaracy etc. In the second chapter is described the end effector and the effector differences in various technological operations. In this chapter, there is a reference to a construction system that will be addressed by modeling in the practical part. In the practical part is firstly solved the way of clamping and construction of the basic frame and effector, which is then attached to the frame. In the fourth chapter, there is check of the collisions between the individual ele-ments and then between the end effector and the stand. Chapter five describes the accuracy system. The following chapter describes and selects the suction cup that is used in the 3D model. In the last chapter, an industrial robot is selected by the program for the robot analysis.
