Abstract:
Cílem této práce jsou obchodní závazkové vztahy a jejich druhy (relativní obchody obou typů, absolutní obchody, fakultativní obchody, absolutní neobchody). Široká smluvní volnost subjektů obchodních závazkových vztahů. Vztah smlouvy a závazku a specifika vzniku obchodních závazkových vztahů podle obchodního zákoníku.

The aim of my work are the different kinds of commercial obligational relations (the both kinds of relative contracts, absolute contracts, facultative contracts etc.).
