Diplomová práca sa zaoberá flexibilitou pracovných síl a jej vplyvom na trh práce. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teóriu trhu práce. Oboznamuje s pojmom nezamestnanosť, príčinami a formami nezamestnanosti, historickými prístupmi k nezamestnanosti, produktivitou a efektívnosťou práce, ďalej hovorí o teórii flexibility a modeloch flexikurity.
