Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje shrnutí odborných pojmů v oboru barmanství, znalost o nápojích a recepturách míšených nápojů. Jedná se o základní teoretické znalosti, které by měl student mít před ukončením středního vzdělání. Text je určen pro žáky a učitelé středních odborných učilišť a středních odborných škol, obor číšník.
Abstract:
The bachelor’s thesis includes summary of technical terms in field bartending, knowledge about drinks and recipes of mixed drinks and it also includes basic theoretical knowledges, which the student should have befor the graduation from secondary school. Text is intended for students and teachers of secondery specialized school and for secondary vocational school, study waiter.
