Tato práce popisuje vývoj metody pro stanovení aminokyselin (AMK) pomocí kapilární elektroforézy (CE) s bezkontaktní vodivostní detekcí (CCD). CE je analytická metoda, která v praxi nachází uplatnění především při analýzách polárních látek a enantiomerů. This thesis is dealing with a method development for the amino acids (AA) analysis using capillary electrophoresis (CE) with contactless conductivity detection (CCD). CE is an analytical technique, which largely found an employment in analyses of polar compounds and enantiomers.
