Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice asistované reprodukce, jako součásti reprodukční medicíny, a to jak z hlediska její právní úpravy, tak i z hlediska etického. This bachelor thesis is focused on the subject of assisted reproduction, as part of reproductive medicine, both in terms of its regulation and in terms of ethics. Firstly, it will concentrate on the analysis of regulation of assisted reproduction in the Czech Republic and then summarize, for comparison, legislation in some other EU countries (Slovak Republic, the United Kingdom).
