Diplomová práce "Víceleté rozpočtování na krajské úrovni" se věnuje problematice rozpočtových výhledů. Rozpočtový výhled spolu s rozpočtem tvoří základní finanční nástroj hospodaření krajů. Tento nástroj slouží pro finanční plánování rozvoje hospodářství krajů. Přispívá ke zlepšení dlouhodobého plánování rozpočtových příjmů a výdajů a k fiskální udržitelnosti. The thesis "Multi-annual budgeting at the regional level" deals with the issue of a budget outlook. The budget outlook is along with a budget a basic instrument of financial management of regions. This instrument allows a financial planning of economic developmnet of regions. It contributes to an improvement of long-term planning of budget revenues and expenditures and fiscal sustainability.
