Abstract:
Epigenetické modifikace jsou faktory, které ovlivňují expresi genů a celou řadu důležitých biologických procesů. Mezi tyto modifikace se řadí reverzibilní změny na úrovni DNA, posttranslační modifikace histonů a jedním z dalších důležitých mechanizmů, které zasahují do exprese genů, je regulace mRNA pomocí mikro RNA.
