Tato práce je zaměřena na studium ostropestřce mariánského [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.], konkrétně na obsah a vliv mykotoxinů. Pokus byl prováděn ve Výzkumném ústavu pivovarském a sladařském. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsem se zaměřila na obecný popis ostropestřce mariánského, na charakteristiku jednotlivých mykotoxinů - aflatoxin, ochratoxin A, patulin. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the study of Milk Thistle [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn.], Focused on the content and effect of mycotoxins. The experiment was carried out at the Research Institute of Brewing and Malting.
