Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice vnějšího podnikového prostředí, které zde zastupují mezoprostředí a makrospostředí. Jako model pro řešení tématu bylo analyzováno strojírenské odvětví. Pro vyhodnocení nejvýraznějších faktorů působících na stávající podniky byly použita metoda Porterova modelu pěti sil, STEP analýza a metoda generalizace. The Bachelor thesis discusses the issue of the external corporate environment, which represents the meso-environment and the macro-enviroment. The engineering sector has been analysed as a model for tackling the topic.
