Diplomová práce se zabývá institutem nepominutelného dědice a zejména pak jeho současným hmotněprávním i procesním postavením. Těžištěm je zaměření na aktuální rozhodovací praxi českých soudů. The thesis deals with the institute of the forced heir and especially with his current substantive and procedural status. The focus is on the cur-rent decision-making practice of the Czech courts.
