Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem krátkých jednořetězcových úseků DNA, nacházejících se na 3´ koncích telomer. This bachelor thesis deals with the study of short segments of single-stranded DNA, located at the 3'ends of telomeres. The main aim of this work is to find experimental conditions suitable for characterizing the atomic structure (s) of short telomere overhangs using NMR spectroscopy.
