Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza stávající právní úpravy odpovědnosti veřejné správy zejména z pohledu náhrady škody způsobené adresátovi správní činnosti nezákonným rozhodnutím nebo nesprávným úředním postupem, analýza regresních nároků státu vůči úředním osobám a demonstrace konkrétní aplikace právních předpisů v praxi vybraného správního orgánu.
