Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza situace ohledně hazardních her jako novodobého fenoménu, který přináší celou řadu problémů, ale zároveň je nezanedbatelným zdrojem příjmů do obecních pokladen. Problém bude dále sledován na pozadí problémů osob, které jsou tímto jevem ohroženy.
Abstract:
The aim of the work is the analysis of the situation about gambling like the contemporary phenomenon which brings all kinds of problems, but it´s also appreciable source of incomes to the local office. This problem will be observe on the background of people who are endangered of this phenomenon.
