Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o vztahu ombudsmana k principům dobré správy. Narůst popularity instituce ombudsmana ve 20. století způsobil jeho rostoucí typologickou diverzifikaci. Koncept dobré správy nabývá v různých zemích různého obsahu. Cílem práce je postihnout shodné znaky a identifikovat diference mezi vybranými modely. This diploma thesis discusses the relationship of the Ombudsman to the principles of good governance. The rise in popularity of ombudsman institution in the 20th century caused his growing typological diversification. The concept of good governance in different countries takes different content.
