Druhová identifikace klinicky výzmaných hub pomocí molekulárně-biologických metod
Molecular-based identification of clinically important fungi
Abstract:
Mikroskopické houby jsou běžnými kolonizátory kůže a gastrointestinálního traktu zdravé populace. U imunitně oslabených jedinců jsou častou příčinou morbidity a mortality. Nedostatečná citlivost a časová náročnost současných kultivačních a histologických metod vedou k rozvoji molekulárně-biologických technik, s jejichž pomocí je možné analyzovat klinické vzorky rychleji a s vyšší citlivostí. V práci …moreAbstract:
Microscopic fungi are common colonizers of the skin and gastrointestinal tract of healthy people but on the other hand they may cause mortality and morbidity in immunocompromised hosts. The lack of sensitivity and the specificity of current cultivation and histological techniques has led to expansion of molecular methods, which are able to detect pathogenic microorganisms fast and in low concentrations …more
