Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a hodnocením konfrontace a prověrky výpovědi na místě, což jsou zvláštní způsoby dokazování používané v trestním řízení. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of confrontation and on-the-spot examination of statements, which are special methods of evidence used in criminal proceedings. The aim is to explore the theoretical foundations, legal framework and effectiveness of these methods.
