Project of implementation quality management systém due to ISO 9001 in organization Logitron s.r.o.

Abstract:

V mé práci jsem se soustředil na postup zavedení normy ISO 9001 do firmy Logitron s.r.o.. V práci je navržen postup zavedení normy, jsou zde uvedeny požadavky normy ISO 9001 na řízení organizace. Je zde navržena kompletní příručku jakosti i řízené procesy. Systém byl ve firmě zaveden a úspěšně byl systém obhájen při certifikačním auditu TÜV. Tato práce je ucelený postup, který je funkční a v praxi využívaný.

Abstract:

In my thesis I focused on the process of implementation of ISO 9001 standard in the Logitron Ltd. company. In my proposal there is presented a flow chart of this implemetation and the requirements of ISO 9001 concerning company management as well. A draft of a complete quality management handbook including controlled processes has been worked out. This system had been introduced in the Logitron Ltd. company and succesfully confirmed by an TÜV audit examination. This work represents an comprehensive and functional procedure verified and used by the company mentioned.
