This thesis called “Artistic Freedom and Legal Framework of Cultural Policy” aims to summarize cultural policy in relationship with artistic freedom. The key starting point for this thesis is an assertion, that ar-tistic freedom is constitutionally protected value and therefore it should be protected by cultural policy.
