Innovative entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji analýze inovačního podnikání v České Republice se zaměřením na problémy malých a středních firem a na analýzu sektoru v oblasti poskytování telekomunikačních služeb. Toto téma jsem si vybral z důvodu osobního zájmu o malé a střední podnikání v oblasti telekomunikací. Dále se pokusím najít příčinu proč se obecně v České republice firmy málo věnují inovacím. Touto oblastí se zabývá dostupná literatura pouze okrajově a proto chci tyto zdroje rozšířit vlastním kvantitativním výzkumem a jeho analýzou. Cílem práce je potvrdit nebo vyvrátit hypotézu, že inovační podnikání je převážně doménou velkých firem a jako druhotné cíle jsem si stanovil nalezení hlavních problémů, které mají malé a střední podniky při zavádění inovací a zmapování telekomunikačního trhu zejména v oblasti vysokorychlostního připojení k internetu.

Abstract:

In my thesis with analysis of innovative entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic, focusing on the problems of small and medium-sized companies and an analysis of the sector in the provision of telecommunications services. The theme I chose because of the personal interest of small and medium-sized enterprises in telecommunications and the like need to find the reason why the Czech Republic in general, companies pay little innovation. This topic deals with the available literature only marginally, and that's why I wanted this area to expand their own quantitative research and analysis. The goal is to prove or disprove the hypothesis that innovative entrepreneurship is largely restricted to big companies and as a secondary objective, I set to find the root problems, which are small and medium-sized enterprises in innovation and mapping of the telecommunications market, especially in high-speed Internet connection.
